COPPER

- Various forms of copper are collected, bundled and returned to our shop for sorting.

- Copper is sorted based on grade, form and whether its clean or stripped.

- Insulated wire can be cleaned with a copper stripping machine and clean copper wire is entered to the copper granulator.

- The copper granulator produces a shredded copper product that is smelted and then from into new materials.

FILM

​- Film is removed from its jacket and sorted by grade

- Film is loaded into containers and are chemically processed to extract silver sludge

- Plastic (P.E.T) remaining is packaged and shipped for recycling.

- Silver sludge is filtered to extract silver compounds

- Silver compound is smelted to produce a high purity silver
